And so it Begins: Day 1; 364 to Go!

Oh, you thought I had a plan! That's funny. No, I only got as  far a the "Write" part. The 'knowing what to' is still finding a seat in the auditorium .
I thought of a name for my quest for change (I won't call it that because Barack got the bragging rights to that nifty little attention grabber first). I thought of...get ready. Drum roll...Breathe, breathe...OK, here it is, are you ready for this? My Ezeikiel Journey - BAM!!!

I know,  weak right! (I can hear the melancholic tones of a muted horn going warp, warp warp, in a descending trend). So, help me out here, please help me come up with a name. OK, so you've discovered my OCD, I cannot move on without titles, names, compartments; the first step to recovery is acceptance - where's my xanax?.

So, moving on, big day today. My DS is now officially a teenager, up until yesterday he was a Tween. I remember 13, sorry mom! (We eventually managed to work all that out with time, therapy and a really good priest - brandishing a pretty impressive crucifix). Happy Birthday Son! I love you beyond..


Also, it is Day 1 of my quest. Only 365 to go. So here's how it will work? I'll give daily updates on General stuff, Ed. Research stuff, and of course My Garden stuff.  Each day will strengthen my affirmations and propel me closer to the end goal (end goal, who says that?). Comments are always welcome. Can get a little lonely out here in the bloggesphere.
Just wanted to get started today really.

Honorable mention:
Standing ovation to Venus Williams as she leaves the Australian Open, head held high - defeated by China's Li Na, 2-6, 7-6 (7/4), 7-5 in a nail-biting match that lasted two hours 47 minutes. Well done Venus!
